Tree of Life SAL + Colourful Adventure

Hello!

Yes we're already on May 2nd ..4 months have already passed in this year of 2019. The end of the month signals a completed month in the Tree of Life SAL!

This week I'm going to show you the participants' progress photos in this SAL, which by the way brings us closer every day! I will also tell you what I'll be doing in Paris from tomorrow until Sunday! We'll see if you know me well and if you guessed thanks to the photo clue from last week ;)

Tree of Life Photos from around the world!

I think they're all wonderful, and I'm so pleased to be part of this great communal project..which is not just all about stitching!

Colourful Adventure

This is something that has been close to my heart for many years and to which I have a special attraction ... COLOUR!

From time to time I share my knowledge of colour here with you, and I often share the powerful and healing virtues and how they can help you.

I always use beautiful colours in my creations and I use colour therapy myself when I hand  dye my fabrics and embroidery threads with amazing colours.

Colour Institute
BUT I've decided to go a little further and I enrolled at a specialist school to become a Colour Therapist.

I'm doing the first part of my training this week in Paris to become a Colour Therapy Consultant and I can tell you that I'm both very nervous to start officially studying again (because it's been a long time!) and I'm very excited because it's something that's been calling me for a long time!

Colour and Light Therapy

I'll tell you all about it next week, of course..and I'm looking forward to expanding my knowledge of colour, to be able to do this colour therapy work and help you a little more!

So did you guess right  from the picture clue last week?

So, please think about me and support me (going back to school at the age of 50!) And I hope it makes you want to do the same! This is your moment! You deserve to follow your dreams too!

Until next week, I thank you for reading me and wish you a wonderful week full of crosses, colour and light.

Happy Stitching!
Melanie
