Et La Gagnante est....Les Résultats du Concours

Bonjour!

Comment ça va toi? Les températures commencent à grimper ici et les choses deviennent difficiles à faire sans transpirer ... mais c'est l'une des choses à prévoir quand on habite dans le sud de la France et il y a tellement de bonnes choses ici qui compensent l'inconfort ... oh et un grand merci a celui qui a inventé la douche!

Cette semaine, j'ai été occupée à teindre à la main les 10 couleurs du pack d'août dans l'abonnement mensuel et je dois me remettre au travail, prendre des photos, compter les fils en écheveaux, mettre sur les étiquettes, nommer les fils, trier les, les emballer et mettre tous les cadeaux et surprises ensemble dans des enveloppes pour pouvoir envoyer chaque paquet partout dans le monde! Je suis très reconnaissante que ma famille soit ici et m'ait apporté une aide précieuse!

Cette semaine, je serai très bref pour vous annoncer la gagnante du concours du la nouvelle couleur de toile a broder que j'ai lancé la semaine dernière ...

And the Winner Is...Contest Results!

Hello!

How are things with you? The temperatures are beginning to sore here and things are getting difficult to do without breaking into a sweat..but that's one of the things to be expected when you live in the south of France and there are so many great things here that make up for the uncomfortableness...oh and thank you whoever invented the shower!

This week I've been busy hand dyeing the 10 colours for the August pack in the monthly subscription and I have to get back to work on those, taking photos, counting out the threads into skeins, putting onto cards, naming the threads, sorting them into packs, wrapping them up and putting all the gifts and surprises together into envelopes to be able to send every pack off all over the world! I'm very grateful that my family are here and have been giving me precious help!

This week I'll be very brief and announce the winner of the new fabric colour contest I launched last week...

When I launched the contest last week I wasn't expecting so many responses and suggestions! I received 92 names! Thank you to all of you for taking part and for your amazing ideas..I wish I could use all of them!

But I can only choose one....well in a way two!

The name that was chosen is SANTORINI which was suggested by Beanhead. It was also suggested by Muriel Dine Que Si in it's french version SANTORIN so I think that both of you should receive a small reward! Could you both contact me with your postal address and I'll get that to you!

Nouvelle Couleur de Toile + Concours

Bonjour!

Comment tu vas? As-tu la chance d'être en vacances en ce moment? Ou attendes-tu patiemment ton tour pour prendre le temps pour te détendre et d'oublier le travail?

Je pense que l'heure d'été est la période la plus difficile pour moi .. Ma charge de travail semble être plus lourde que le reste de l'année et j'ai en plus la visite de la famille, ils sont d'une grande aide ... mais tout le monde est en vacances et c'est difficile pour moi de travailler quand les autres font une pause et des choses plutot relaxantes ...

Une partie de la méga semaine dernière a consisté à reteindre mon stock de toiles a broder ... c'était épuisant mais cela en valait la peine, comme tu peux le constater sur certaines des photos que je vais te montrer en tant que privilège VIP et te remercier pour être venu sur le blog si régulièrement!

Comme j'étais déja en train de teindre, j'ai eu envie d'essayer une nouvelle couleur .. Je l'ai fait et j'adore! Je te montrerai la couleur plus tard dans cet article et je vous offrirai même un petit prix dans mon concours de dénomination de la nouvelle toile!

Concours Nouvelle Couleur

J'ai eu envie de teindre une nouvelle couleur la semaine dernière et le résultat est superbe ... malheureusement je n'avais plus beaucoup de tissu donc le premier lot est assez réduit dans le choix de types de toiles... si la couleur est populaire, je l'intégrerai dans toutes les gammes de toiles.

Information Livraison

Les commandes seront ouvertes jusqu'au 26 juillet à minuit. Le prochain pack sera le Pack de Aout. 

Après le 26 juillet, les commandes ne seront ouvertes que le mois prochain pour le pack septembre. La raison pour cela est que je vais teindre à la main les fils sur commande et j'ai besoin d'une semaine à 10 jours pour ce faire. Tu recevras ton abonnement entre le 1er et le 15 du mois. Ce délai dépend de l'endroit où tu vis bien sûr!

Si tu choisis l'abonnement mensuel, tu n'auras pas à commander à nouveau car tu recevras ton pack chaque mois après réception de ton paiement automatique récurrent via Paypal. Si tu ne souhaites plus recevoir ton abonnement, tu pourrais simplement annuler les paiements récurrents dans Paypal, ou m'envoyer un message et je le ferai pour toi.

New Fabric Colour + Contest

Hello!

How are you doing? Are you lucky enough to be on holiday at the moment? Or are you waiting patiently for your turn to take some time out to relax and forget about work?

I think that summer time is the hardest time for me..My workload seems to be heavier then than the rest of the year and I have family staying, they're a great help..but everyone is on holiday and it's hard to keep working when others are having a break...

Part of last weeks mega week was re-dyeing my stitching fabric stock..it was exhausting but well worth the effort, as you will see on some of the photos I'll be showing you as a VIP privilege for coming  over to the blog so regularly!

As I was busy dyeing I had an urge to try a new colour..I did and I love it! I'll show you the colour later in this article and even be giving away a small prize in my fabric naming contest!

I had an urge to dye a new colour last week and the result looks great..unfortunately I didn't have much fabric left so the first batch is fairly reduced in choice..if it's popular I'll integrate it into all the fabric ranges

J'espère que ta semaine a été bonne et que tu as pu prendre un peu de temps pour toi et broder? Je n'ai pas vraiment eu un moment à consacrer à la broderie parce que je me suis trouvée jusqu'au coudes a teindre pleines de toiles a broder ... J'avais désespérément besoin de réapprovisionner mon stock de toiles car les quantités étaient devenues très faibles ...

I haven't really had a moment to spare to stitch because I've been elbow deep hand dyeing lots of lovely stitching fabric..I desperately needed to restock my fabric as quantities had got really low...
