Wow déjà le 25 février aujourd'hui et il ne reste plus que 3 jours ce mois-ci! Je ne sais pas pour vous mais mes jours et mes semaines se confondent et le temps semble filer. Je suppose que cela signifie que je suis occupée et que c'est une bonne chose, non?

Photos Pack Février + Concours Mars

Bonjour à vous!

Il est temps de révéler les photos du pack février, car la plupart des packs sont arrivés à destination ... certains plus lointains ne l'ont pas encore fait, mais ce ne sera pas long maintenant.

Ce pack pittoresque et romantique a été un tel plaisir à créer pour vous car il contient de superbes roses et quelques fils dégradés. Je l'ai nommé AMOUR car il représente les jolies couleurs de la Saint-Valentin et ce que le mois de février représente pour moi.

Je prépare déjà le nouveau pack pour le mois prochain et je partagerai une photo en noir et blanc pour que vous essayiez de deviner quel est le thème de couleur pour le pack de mars ... Il y aura un de ces fils du pack à gagner pour le nom gagnant sorti du chapeau!

Pack Photos Février

Le cadeau de ce mois-ci était un tri-fils en bois en forme de cœur. Créé et fabriqué artisanalement par Christophe et Laurence de Peak Alpes, anciennement L'Atelier des Elfes. Ils ne créent plus d'objets pour les brodeuses, donc nous avons beaucoup de chance!

PROMO: J'en ai quelques-uns encore en stock et j'en ajouterai un + un fil gratuit dans chaque commande reçue sur mon site, ou dans la boutique Etsy, jusqu'au 28 février.

Après cela, si le stock le permet, je les ajouterai à mon site pour que tout le monde puisse les acheter s'ils le souhaitent.

Concours Pack Mars

Voici un concours rapide et facile pour lancer le pack de mars. Les couleurs du pack de février étaient assez faciles à deviner le mois dernier, n'est-ce pas?! Le mois de l'AMOUR ne pouvait être que des rouges et des roses !!

Il est donc temps pour réfléchir sur le thème de la couleur du pack de mars. Jetez un œil à cette photo en noir et blanc ci-dessous (trois des fils du mois prochain y figurent), écrivez votre (vos) supposition (s) ci-dessous et revenez ici la semaine prochaine pour voir si vous avez gagné l'un des fils du pack de mars!

Information de Livraison

Les commandes pour le pack de mars débuteront aujourd'hui 18 février et se clôtureront le 25 février à minuit. Toute commande reçue après minuit le 25 recevra le pack d'avril.

Sachez qu'il me reste quelques packs et que les premières commandes reçues peuvent être éligibles pour les packs restants de février. Faites-moi savoir si vous souhaitez commencer avec le pack de février.

Si tu choisis l'abonnement mensuel, tu n'auras pas à commander à nouveau car tu recevras ton pack tous les mois après réception de ton paiement récurrent automatique via Paypal. Si tu ne souhaites plus recevoir ton abonnement, tu peux simplement annuler les paiements récurrents dans Paypal, ou m'envoyer un message et je peux le faire pour toi.

Si tu n'as pas de compte Paypal mais que tu souhaites tout de même acheter la version mensuelle de l'abonnement, contacte-moi et je pourrai configurer cela pour toi.

Je vais teindre les fils à la main sur commande et j'ai besoin d'une semaine à 10 jours pour le faire. Tu recevras ton abonnement entre le 6 et le 15 du mois. Ce délai dépend bien sûr de ton lieu de résidence et de la situation postale actuelle!

February Pack Photos + March Contest

Hello to you!

Its time to reveal the February pack photos, as most of the packs have arrived at their destinations...some further afield haven't yet, but won't be long now. 

This quaint and romantic pack was such a pleasure to create for you as it contains some great pinks and a few variegated threads.  I named it LOVE because it represents the lovely colours of Valentine's day, and what the month of February represents for me.

I'm already preparing the new pack for next month and will be sharing a black and white photo for you to try and guess what the colour theme is for the March pack... There'll be one of those threads from the pack up for grabs for the winning name pulled out of the hat!

February Pack Photos

This month's gift was a wooden heart shaped thread keep. Created and artisanally hand made by Christophe and Laurence from Peak Alpes. I have a few left in stock and I will be popping one of them + a free thread into every order received on my website or Etsy shop up until 28th February.

After then, stock permitting I'll be adding them to my website for everyone to buy if they so wish.

March Pack Contest

Here is a quick and easy contest to launch the March pack with. The February pack colours were fairly easy to guess last month, were they not?! The month of LOVE could only be reds and pinks!!

So it's time to get your thinking caps on and come up with the colour theme for the March pack. Have a look at this black and white photo below ( three of next months threads are featured on it), write your guess(es) below and come back here next week to see if you have won one of the March pack threads!

Delivery Information

Orders for the March Pack opens today, 18th February and will close on the 25th February at midnight. Any orders received after midnight on the 25th will receive the April pack. 

Please be aware that I have a few packs left over and the first orders received after the 25th may qualify for any left over February packs. Please let me know if you'd like to start with the February pack.

If you choose the monthly subscription you won't have to order again as you'll receive your pack every month after I receive your automatic recurring payment through Paypal. If you no longer wish to receive your subscription you can simply cancel the recurring payments in Paypal, or send me a message and I can do it for you.

If you don't have a Paypal account but would still like to buy the monthly version of  the subscription please contact me and I can set this up for you. 

I will be hand dyeing the threads to order and need a week to 10 days to do this. You will receive your subscription between the 6th and the 15th of the month. This delay depends on where you live of course and of the current postal situation!

Citation du Mois - Février

Bonjour à vous!

L'article de cette semaine sera court et doux et ne prendra pas beaucoup de votre temps précieux! Nous sommes déjà presque à la moitié du deuxième mois de l'année! Février!

Le mois de février m'évoque une chose importante quand je pense à ce que représente ce mois ... c'est le mois de l'AMOUR!

Bien que ce soit peut-être un événement commercial, la Saint-Valentin fait partie de la journée des amoureux, et nous ne pouvons que nous empêcher de penser à l'être cher que nous avons choisi, le 14 février.

J'ai beaucoup réfléchi à l'Amour récemment et à son importance dans la vie ... et je me demande si l'Amour est la Vie en soi et que c'est probablement l'une des choses les plus importantes pour lesquelles vivre ...

Quoi qu'il en soit, les sujets philosophiques mis à part, je partagerai avec vous une citation du mois sur l'Amour, que je trouve vraiment éloquente et vraie ...

Citation du Mois

La citation ci-dessous est de Robert Morley, et elle résonne vraiment en moi. Cela n'a pas toujours été le cas et j'ai appris à le faire!

Je trouve que depuis que je m'aime d'abord, j'ai tellement plus de patience, de bonne volonté et d'amour pour les gens autour de moi! Avant, je pensais qu'il était égoïste de mettre son propre bien-être avant celui des autres, et je me sentais souvent très frustrée d'essayer de s'occuper de tout le monde avant moi. J'étais souvent de mauvaise humeur et pas très agréable a vivre!

Depuis que j'ai appris cette importante leçon de vie, ma vie s'est transformée et la vie de famille est beaucoup plus harmonieuse !! Quote of the Month - February

Hello to you!

This weeks article will be short and sweet and won't take up much of your precious time!
We're already almost half way through the second month of the year! February!

The month of February evokes one main thing to me when I think about what this month represents..it's the month of LOVE!
Although maybe a commercial event, Valentines day is embedded in us as lovers day, and we can't but help thinking about our chosen loved one on the 14th February.

I have been thinking about Love a lot recently and how important it is in life..and wonder whether Love is Life itself and that it is probably one of the most important things to live for...

Anyhow philosophical subjects apart, I'll be sharing a quote of the month with you about Love, that I find really eloquent and true...

Quote of the Month

The quote below is from Robert Morley, and it really resonates with me. It hasn't always been that way and I've learned how to do it!

I find that since loving myself first, I have so much more patience, goodwill and love for the people around me! I used to think it was selfish to put your own well-being before that of others, and I often felt very frustrated trying to take care of everyone before me. I was often in a bad mood and not very pleasant to live with!

SAL Temperature Etoile 2021 - Janvier

Salut!

Comment ça va? J'espère que vous profitez au maximum du confinement partiel et surtout du temps de broderie supplémentaire? Je ne sais pas pour vous mais je me considère comme très chanceuse d'avoir ce passe-temps du point de croix, qui garde mon esprit et mon âme sous contrôle et loin du stress qui se passe ailleurs!

La broderie, c'est comme faire un cours de méditation ou de yoga, car elle vous aide à vous détendre et permet à votre cerveau et à votre corps de libérer de bonnes hormones comme la dopamine et les endorphines. 

Honnêtement, je pense que les Drs devraient prescrire le point de croix et la broderie pour toutes sortes de maux et de problèmes de santé au lieu de médicaments pharmaceutiques ... qu'en pensez-vous ??

Cette semaine, mon article est dédié au travail incroyable de 40 femmes dans le SAL 2021 Temperature Etoile. Ils sont incroyables, tout comme leurs coutures! Vous trouverez ci-dessous plein de superbes photos ...

SAL Etoile Temperature - Janvier

Le SAL 2021 Temperature étoile a commencé le 1er janvier et nous sommes 331 participants dans le groupe jusqu'à présent ... ce qui est fantastique!

La majorité des membres brodent le SAL étoile et ils ont déjà fière allure. Certaines autres dames brodent le SAL 2020 Arbre de l'Amour, avec les températures de 2021.

J'aime regarder toutes les étoiles prendre vie et les couleurs se construire de jour en jour

2021 Star Temperature SAL - January

Hi there!

How are you? I hope that you're making the most of being in lockdown and above all enjoying some extra stitching time? I don't know about you but I count myself as being very lucky to have a great hobby, that keeps my mind and soul in check and away from the stress thats going on elsewhere!

Stitching is like doing a meditation or yoga class, as it helps you relax and allows your brain and body release feel good hormones like Dopamine and Endorphines...

I honestly feel like Drs should prescribe cross stitch and embroidery for all sorts of ailments and health problems instead of pharmaceutical drugs...what do you think??

This week my article is dedicated to the amazing work by 40 of the ladies in the 2021 Star Temperature SAL. They're amazing and so is their stitching! You'll find plenty of great photos below...

2021 Star SAL - January

The 2021 Star Temperature SAL started on the 1st January and we're 331 participants in the group so far.. which is fantastic!

The majority of the members are stitching the Star SAL and they're looking great. Some other ladies are stitching the 2020 Tree of Love SAL with the 2021 temperatures.

I'm enjoying watching all the stars come alive and the colours building everyday..
