2021 Star Temperature SAL - January

Hi there!

How are you? I hope that you're making the most of being in lockdown and above all enjoying some extra stitching time? I don't know about you but I count myself as being very lucky to have a great hobby, that keeps my mind and soul in check and away from the stress thats going on elsewhere!

Stitching is like doing a meditation or yoga class, as it helps you relax and allows your brain and body release feel good hormones like Dopamine and Endorphines...

I honestly feel like Drs should prescribe cross stitch and embroidery for all sorts of ailments and health problems instead of pharmaceutical drugs...what do you think??

This week my article is dedicated to the amazing work by 40 of the ladies in the 2021 Star Temperature SAL. They're amazing and so is their stitching! You'll find plenty of great photos below...

2021 Star SAL - January

The 2021 Star Temperature SAL started on the 1st January and we're 331 participants in the group so far.. which is fantastic!

The majority of the members are stitching the Star SAL and they're looking great. Some other ladies are stitching the 2020 Tree of Love SAL with the 2021 temperatures.

I'm enjoying watching all the stars come alive and the colours building everyday..
