How have you been this past week? Have you had some great stitching time and enjoyed taking time out to let yourself breath a bit? I really hope so because it's the perfect way to look after your health and boost your happiness and stay healthy!
As you know since February (at least) the world has had a lot of changes happening and we as cross stitchers have been impacted like everyone else..although we have the privilege to like to be inside and stitch in our bubbles..so maybe lock down has been a little bit more bearable for us than most...Being part of the stitching community has kept me sain!
The downside of the lock down was, and still is, that all of our physical craft and embroidery shows have been cancelled one after the other. We have not been able to attend one since the beginning of the year, and as you can imagine this isn't easy for us to do our jobs and share our new designs and offers with a wide public...
There are virtual craft shows popping up on the internet at the moment and I'm going to tell you about one that I'm participating in at the moment and another that'll be next week!
The Autumn Festival

Many French cross stitch designers are taking part. The virtual show was created to promote our new autumn designs and offers, as all our usual shows have been cancelled in 2020!
You’ll find virtual booths for cross stitch and embroidery, patchwork, knitting, crochet, threads and fabric, textile art, boutis, ribbon embroidery, buttons etc
Designers include: Tralala, Atelier des Fées Brodeuses, Le Fil Atalie, Tom + Lily Creations, Jardin Privé, Credo Boutis, Annick Abrial, Isabelle Vautier, ...the list goes on!
