January Pack Photos & Other Stories

Hi There!

Its time to reveal the January pack photos, as most of the packs have arrived at their destinations...some further afield haven't yet, but won't be long now!

I loved making this pack (like all the others!) and felt that the colour scheme really brightens the month of January well for me and hopefully you too? I wanted to create a fun and bright pack to illuminate the first month of the year (which can be grey and a bit of a downer). 

I thought that the colours of some of my favourite sweets were fun and that it would be a great challenge to recreate the colours with the thread bundle..you'll find out how I did in the photos below..I'd love to know how well you think I did?!

I’ll also be launching the February pack contest where you’ll be able to win one of the February pack colours. You’ll find out how to take part in the article below.

As an extra this week I’ll be going back in time to an article that I wrote some time ago, all about how I started stitching and the reason why I started again as an adult and the big aha I discovered about why I, and maybe you too, stitch!

Delivery Information

Orders taken now will receive the future February pack and orders open today, 27th January and will close on the 3rd February at midnight. Any orders received after midnight on the 3rd February will receive the March pack. 

I do have a few packs left over and the first orders received and those after the 3rd will qualify for any left over February packs. Please let me know if you'd like to start and with which pack you'd like to start with?

If you choose the monthly subscription you won't have to order again as you'll receive your pack every month after I receive your automatic recurring payment through Paypal. If you no longer wish to receive your subscription you can simply cancel the recurring payments in Paypal, or send me a message and I can do it for you.

If you don't have a Paypal account but would still like to buy the monthly version of  the subscription please contact me and I can set this up for you. 

I will be hand dyeing the threads to order and need a week to 10 days to do this. You will receive your subscription from the 15th of the month onwards. This delay depends on where you live of course and of the current postal situation!

Throwback  Thursday

I’m sure you all remember how you started to stitch. Maybe someone taught you when you were young to either pass on a family hobby to you or to keep you occupied maybe, like me, during my grandfathers siestas during the summer! I’d love to know how you started? But the question that I’d really like to ask you more is WHY do you still stitch?
