I'll present the symbolism of this colour, and lots of different colours in further articles...but for the moment let's have a look at the most acidic colour of the spectrum .. Yellow
Yellow is associated with the third chakra, the solar plexus chakra. This one is located in the abdomen and the stomach, or literally our second brain! This chakra creates a protective field all around our abdomen and helps cleanse the body by removing impurities in the liver and intestine.
Yellow is a color that brings joy and good mood. Yellow waves have a magnetic and very positive vibration that brings inspiration and mental stimulation. When this chakra is in balance within you, you have confidence and you put your ideas into actions and see them through. You're a leader and can succeed in whatever you put your mind to.
When we want to add light or boost your confidence, wear yellow, drink lemon water or eat a banana!
On the flip side, when there's imbalance the yellow symbolises indifference towards others and oneself, a decrease of one's self-esteem and belief of one's capabilities. To remedy and rebalance this just bring some more yellow into your life!
